Congratulations to Alabama School of Fine Arts, Our 2009 State Champion!
ASCA sponsors the Alabama Scholastic Challenge for Alabama's high schools in which scholars bowl teams comprised of 9th through 12th graders compete for our State championship. The High School Fun Tournament was held at Hoover High School and LAMP High School on September 12. The Small School and Junior Varsity Tournaments were held on January 15 at Wallace State Community College in Hanceville, Snead State Community College, and Greenville Middle School. The 2010 High School district competitions will be held on February 19; the Regionals were held on March 13; and the State Tournament will be held on April 9 at Jefferson State Community College in Birmingham.
