2010 Tournament Dates*

  • September 12, 2009, HS Fun Tournament (Hoover High School and LAMP High School)
  • October 3, 2009, MS Fun Tournament (Arab Jr. High School and Trinity Presbyterian School)
  • January 15, 2010, Small HS Tournament (Wallace State Community College)
  • January 15, 2010 Junior Varsity Tournament (Wallace State Community College)
  • January 30, 2010, Middle School District Tournaments (Area High Schools)
  • February 19, 2010, High School District Tournaments (Area Community Colleges)
  • March 6, 2010, MS State Tournament (Hoover High School)
  • March 13, 2010, HS Regional Tournaments (Area  Middle Schools)
  • April 9, 2010, HS State Tournament (Jefferson State Community College)

*ASCA tournaments always take place the same day (not date!) each year. Middle School districts are the last Saturday in January; MS State is the first Saturday in March. High School districts are the Friday before the third Saturday in February, HS Regionals are the second Saturday in March, and the HS State Tournament is the second Saturday in April.

We expect to mail registration materials for the 2010 tournaments by 10/15; entry deadline is 11/30/09. Please let us know if you do not receive materials in the mail (Applications are also available online).  Also, if you learn of scheduling conflicts with other academic competitions, send us a contact name.  We cannot change our dates!
